Effluent Treatment Plant
Industrial waste water treatment covers the mechanisms and processes used to treat waters that have been contaminated in some way by anthropogenic industrial or commercial activities prior to its release into the environmen or its re-use., such as-
- Activated Sludge Process.
- Physio–Chemical Treatment.
- Biological Treatment.
- Aerobic Treatment Plants.
- Extended Aeration System.
- Diffused aeration System.
- Anaerobic Treatment.
- Tricking Filter.
- Electro-Coagulation.
WATER TREATMENT PLANT & WATER SOFTNER
- Reverse osmosis is the process of forcing a solvent from a region of high solute concentration through a membrane to a region of low solute concentration by applying a pressure in excess of the osmotic pressure.
- This is the reverse of the normal osmosis process, which is the natural movement of solvent from an area of low solute concentration , through a membrane , to an area of high solute concentration when no external pressure is applied. The membrane here is semi permeable, meaning it allows the passage of solvent but not of solute.
- Water softeners remove hard undesirable dissolved minerals that result in annoying white scales on fixtures , appliances and piping.
